Cancel your order - EU / EEA right of withdrawal

This page is for consumers in the EU and EEA. It lets you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to EU/EEA orders. How it works

  1. Complete the form below with your name and order details.
  2. Confirm your withdrawal on the second step.
  3. We will email you a confirmation straight away.

You do not need to give a reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14-day period ends. After you withdraw, return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return unless the goods are faulty. We will refund the purchase price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
