Overview

This policy applies to all consumer purchases made through the Myzone official online store at buy.myzone.org. Myzone operates through regional entities and fulfilment centres to ensure fast, reliable delivery across our supported regions.

Shipping by Region

We currently ship to the following countries and territories. Orders are fulfilled from the regional centre closest to you and placed in local currency at checkout.

We do not currently ship outside of these regions. If your country is not listed, ordering through buy.myzone.org is currently unavailable.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped on standard delivery. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your region and location within it.

  • Estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and confirmed in your Dispatch Confirmation email.
  • Where no specific date is agreed, Myzone will deliver within 30 days of your order being confirmed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.
  • Your statutory right to cancel an order after delivery is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Order Processing

A contract between you and the relevant Myzone entity is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. An order acknowledgement alone does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment failure — any sums paid will be fully refunded in such cases.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Regional tax treatment is as follows:

  • United Kingdom (mainland): Prices include UK VAT.
  • Isle of Man: VAT applied under the UK/Isle of Man VAT agreement.
  • Guernsey & Jersey: UK VAT may not be charged. You are responsible for any local import duties, GST, and handling charges.
  • European Union (incl. Spain): Prices include local VAT charged by the relevant Myzone entity.
  • United States: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by state law.
  • Australia & New Zealand: Prices include GST where applicable.
  • Canada: Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be shown at checkout.

Myzone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Delays & Events Outside Our Control

Myzone will not be liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, extreme weather, customs processing, or governmental action.

If a delay exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order for the undelivered goods and receive a full refund. Please contact us directly to organise this.
