15% Off Heart Rate Monitors: Terms and Conditions

1. The offer
Eligible customers can get 15% off the regular price of selected Myzone heart rate monitors bought at buy.myzone.org during the Offer Period (the “Offer”).

2. Promoter
The Offer is run by Myzone (APAC) Pty Ltd (ABN 99 606 655 887) of 18 Sangiorgio Court, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017, Australia (“Myzone”, “we”, “us”).

3. Offer Period
The Offer starts at 00:01 on Tuesday 27 October 2026 and ends at 23:59 on Friday 30 October 2026, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, Sydney time) (the “Offer Period”). For New Zealand customers, this is 02:01 on Tuesday 27 October 2026 to 01:59 on Saturday 31 October 2026, New Zealand Daylight Time. Orders must be placed and paid for within the Offer Period. Orders placed after the Offer Period ends will be charged the regular price.

4. Who can use the Offer
The Offer is open to customers who shop on the Australian or New Zealand version of buy.myzone.org, pay in Australian or New Zealand dollars and have their order delivered to an address in Australia or New Zealand.

5. Eligible products
6.1 The discount is applied automatically, so no code is needed. The offer price is shown on Eligible Product pages, and the discount appears in your cart and at checkout.
6.2 The 15% discount is calculated on the regular price shown, including GST, and rounded to the nearest cent.
6.3 The Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. How the Offer works
6.1 The discount is applied automatically, so no code is needed. The offer price is shown on Eligible Product pages, and the discount appears in your cart and at checkout.

6.3 The Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

7. Other offers
The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount code, offer or promotion. If you enter a discount code at checkout, only one discount will apply to the Eligible Products, and it will be whichever gives you the greater saving.

8. Where the Offer applies
The Offer applies only to orders placed by individual customers at buy.myzone.org. It does not apply to purchases made anywhere else, including from other retailers, online marketplaces (such as Amazon) or gyms, clubs and other fitness facilities, or to orders placed through a Myzone business account or business sales channel.

9. Availability
The Offer is subject to stock availability. We will not offer rain checks if an Eligible Product sells out.

10. Previous orders
The Offer does not apply to orders placed before the Offer Period, and we will not make price adjustments for them.

11. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our returns policy. Any refund for an Eligible Product bought under the Offer will be for the amount you actually paid.

12. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or, if you are a New Zealand customer, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

13. Pricing errors
If an Eligible Product is shown at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

14. Changes to the Offer
We may change or withdraw the Offer if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, such as a technical failure or suspected fraud. Any change will not affect orders already placed, and we will publish it on this page.

15. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.
